Our Standard Support package is built for the experienced IT Professional. Support is limited to the following tasks:
Everybody needs a little help once in a while. This is what the premium support package is built for. Our many years of experience can be a critical asset when dealing with a seemingly unsolvable problem. Under this plan we charge a fixed hourly fee of $50. Before starting work we will provide you with an estimate of the time needed to complete the work. Here are some of the tasks that we can help you with:
There really isn't anything we won't do at this level of support. Contact us with your needs and we will get your system up and running. With this package one of our System Specialists will contact you to identify your requirements. They will then provide you with a quote containing both cost and hours required to complete your system.
